Fujifilm announces Revoria XMF PressReady Lite, a workflow solution tailored for small businesses

The new workflow solution from C!Print Madrid exhibitor Fujifilm is designed for companies where production is concentrated on a very small number of POD presses.
Fujifilm Europe today announces the launch of Revoria XMF PressReady Lite. Fujifilm’s original XMF PressReady workflow solution, launched in 2023, boasts a wide range of features, including the ability to integrate with MIS and web-to-print systems, among others. Capable of managing print production to multiple POD presses, whether Fujifilm devices or third-party presses powered by a Fiery DFE, it is an ideal solution for large, busy print shops running multiple presses. However, for smaller businesses, especially those using only one or two presses for production, it is often far more than they need. In response to this market need, Fujifilm has developed PressReady Lite, a version of the software specifically designed to add value to smaller businesses.
“We think of PressReady Lite as a ‘productivity suite’ for our Fujifilm Revoria Flow DFE,” explains John Davies, Group Manager, Workflow Products, Fujifilm EMEA . “It’s a software add-on to Revoria Flow and is a workflow system carefully geared towards small businesses, offering the ability to check and correct PDF files and create automated workflows to intelligently group jobs for printing—a task that can otherwise be time-consuming. For example, jobs that include the use of pink toner, or jobs that all print on the same media, with the same set of toners, can be automatically grouped for printing to minimize unnecessary toner swapping or media loading and unloading.”
PressReady Lite, a software-only solution, can be installed on any Revoria Flow server. Available for use with Fujifilm's Revoria SC285, EC2100, and PC1120 models, it contains automation and time-saving features aimed at single-press solutions, making it an affordable and easy way to add automation even when one of these presses is the only production device.
