The Topi 5 and Oryx 5 models are aimed at users with high quality requirements and small to medium production volumes.
The two models, each in different sizes, are now available: Topi 5 is a 3.2 x 2 meter flatbed printer with a production speed of up to 126 m²/h. Oryx 5 is its 2.5 m wide counterpart, with a maximum output of 114 m²/h. It offers 26% more throughput than the previous model, Oryx 4. Both offer maximum versatility, thanks to the roll-to-roll option, and extremely high precision.
With the new, harmonized global range, we have a tailored solution for every business size, with the Oryx and Topi models geared toward users with high quality standards and small and medium-sized print volumes,” explains Carmen Eicher, Sales and Marketing Director at swissQprint. For larger volumes, the Swiss manufacturer offers the Impala, Nyala, and Kudu flatbed printers, with a throughput of up to 341 m2/h.
All the advantages of generation 5
Aside from their productivity and price level, Oryx and Topi are identical to the other models of the 5th generation and offer great competitive advantages.
Carmen Eicher continues. With 10 freely configurable color channels, both offer the greatest possible variety, for example through the use of neon, orange, varnish, or primer. Print precision and quality are also at the highest level, with a maximum resolution of 1350 dpi. swissQprint has completely redesigned the Generation 5 flatbed printers, including state-of-the-art linear motors that guarantee maximum precision and speed.
Modular and reliable
All swissQprint flatbed printers can be upgraded with various options. This allows users to configure their printer in a modular way according to their needs or expand it later: with the roll-to-roll and dual-roll options, the large-format option that supports rigid substrates up to 4 meters long, or the ink collector option, which eliminates the need for cleaning when printing full-bleed. In addition, swissQprint offers several ink types for different applications. Color channels can also be upgraded or converted in the field.
Long-time customers confirm: “swissQprint machines have consistently had a lifespan of more than 10 years and provide incredibly reliable service even after years of operation.” swissQprint backs up this reliability with a 36-month factory warranty on all models and configurations.
